UG NX7.5和VERICUT7.0集成环境下整体叶轮虚拟加工技术的研究

     

摘要

在NX7.5环境下完成了整体叶轮的三维参数化建模和刀轨的工艺规划,详细分析了加工此类零件的加工策略.完成了NX7.5与VERICUT7.0的关联连接,并在VERICUT7.0环境下对NX7.5生成加工程序中出现的误差进行了修改与优化.通过VERICUT7.0与NX7.5的集成,实现了整体叶轮的虚拟加工,为叶轮加工的数控编程提供了依据.%The whole processing technology of blade is very important in blade manufacturing. The 3D parametric modeling of integral blade is established, and process planning of the tool path is demonstrated, then the strategy of machining the parts is analyzed in detail. The connection to the data of NX7. 5 and VERICUT7. 0 is established, and the error of UG NX7. 5 generate is modified and optimized in VERICUT7. 0 environmental. Through integrating the VERICUT7. 0 and NX7.5, the technology is fulfilled for virtual machining integral blade, so it offers some basises for NC programming of machining blade.
