Phoenix Ⅱ干切数控铣齿机端面滚齿法数控加工模型

     

摘要

针对当前螺旋锥齿轮干切削机理认识不足而导致不能利用数控机床的干切削功能,设备的先进性得不到充分发挥的情况,分析了螺旋锥齿轮干切削机床--PhoenixⅡ数控铣齿机的结构模型并建立了2种机床的坐标系;在保持2种机床坐标系中刀具与工件具有相同的相对运动方向与相对位置的前提下,基于空间坐标变换原理,研究推导了Phoenix Ⅱ数控铣齿机端面滚齿法的数控加工模型.该数控加工模型是一种完全等效、无转换误差的显式转换模型.最后发,通过实例计算得到了Phoenix Ⅱ600HC数控铣齿机各个数控轴加工时的瞬时位置.%In view of the situation in which the lack of knowledge of the current dry cutting mechanism for spiral bevel and hypoid gears leads to be unable to utilize the dry cutting function of CNC gear generating machines, the advanced nature of the devices is unable to be played completely, the structure model of the dry cutting machine for spiral bevel and hypoid gears - Phoenix Ⅱ CNC gear milling machine has been analyzed and the coordinate systems of the mechanical machine and Phoenix Ⅱ CNC gear milling machine have been established; under the premise of maintaining same relative motion direction and relative position between cutter and workpiece in the two kinds of machine coordinate system, based on the space coordinate transformation theory, the CNC machining model of face hobbing by Phoenix Ⅱ CNC gear milling machine has been studied and derived. The CNC machining model is a fully equivalent and explicit switching model without any conversion errors. Finally, the instantaneous positions of Phoenix Ⅱ 600HC CNC gear milling machine's axes in machining have been obtained by an example computation.
