基于统一物料模型的物资准备系统研究

摘要

针对通用化物资管理系统功能的局限性,在分析离散制造企业物资准备业务特点的基础上,提出基于统一物料模型的物资准备系统.构建系统物料体系模型、面向多态关联的物料耦合类模型以及物料对象集合多阶段关联模型.基于数据模型构建系统功能模型,并对系统整体运行流程以及基于三维物料标识位的材料定额管理、产品物资齐套智能反馈等关键技术进行研究.基于模型开发的系统在某压力容器制造企业获得成熟应用,验证了理论模型的实用性和高效性.%The material preparation business characteristics of the discrete manufacturers were summarized. According to the limited function of general material management system, a material preparation system based on unified material model for discrete manufacturers was proposed. The unified material model, the materials coupling model, and the material sets correlation model were built respectively. Also, the global running process of the system and several key technologies were discussed. It is verified that the theoretical models are practicable and efficient by being implemented successfully in a pressure vessel manufacturer.
