KBE在圆孔拉刀三维设计中的应用研究

摘要

The paper researches the key technology of knowledge-based engineering ( KBE) and the design method with KBE based on CATIA V5 and explores a parameterized design method based on KBE. This method is applied to the 3d design of round broach and a CAD system of round broach based on KBE is presented. Examples are given to show the reusing and sharing of the design knowledge, and indicate that this method can improve the design efficiency and quality.%对知识工程(KBE)的关键技术和CATIA V5的知识工程设计方法进行了研究,探索出一种基于KBE的参数化设计方法,将该方法应用于圆孔拉刀的三维设计,提出了基于KBE技术的圆孔拉刀CAD系统结构.结果表明,该方法能实现设计知识的重用和共享,提高设计效率和质量.
