In order to realize the gas regulation of oil-air lubrication system for rolling bearing of high-speed spindle,a new gas flow regulating circuit was designed,and a method for controlling air demand accurately was proposed.The temperature curves of rolling bears were plotted according to the spindle temperature rise test under condition of oil-air lubrication.The results show that the temperature of rolling bears decreases after gas capacity regulation,and the regulation method is effective which is useful to optimize lubrication parameters and improve the thermal stability of spindle.%为实现高速主轴轴承油气润滑系统的气量调节,设计了一种气量调试回路,通过特定的调试过程,实现了润滑系统供气量的定量调节.开展主轴轴承油气润滑温升试验,得到了轴承的温度变化曲线;结果表明,气量调试前后主轴轴承的稳定温度明显降低,从而证明了气量调节方法有效,对于实现主轴轴承润滑参数优化、提高主轴热稳定性具有实际意义.
