基于CATIA V5夹具零件库的建立

摘要

Based on CATIA V5 software knowledge engineering (KBE) module,VB2010 software is applied to establish the fixture parts library.On basis of the secondary development technology of the CATIA AUTOMATION,these steps of establishing the fixture parts library are introduced.Firstly,CATIA V5 software environment is set up and the COM is also initialized.Secondly,under the Part design module,the parametric modeling of the parts is completed.Finally,under the Product Knowledge Template (PKT)module of the knowledge engineering,the Power copy construction of the fixture parts is realized.Using the VB2010 software as the program development platform,the programs of the fixture parts library and the software interface design are achieved.From the results,the fixture parts library using above technologies and methods to establish can realize the fixture rapid designing.%基于CATIA V5软件知识工程(KBE)模块,应用VB2010软件完成了夹具零件库的建立.以CATIA AUTOMATION二次开发技术为基础,介绍了基于CATIA V5软件实现夹具零件库建立的步骤.先进行CATIA V5软件环境设定和COM的初始化;其次,在Part design模块下,完成零件的参数化建模;最后,在知识工程Product Knowledge Template(PKT)模块下,实现夹具零件Power copy的建构.以VB2010软件作为程序开发平台,完成夹具零件库程序编写和软件界面设计.从结果看,采用以上技术和方法建立的夹具零件库可实现夹具快速设计.
