加工中心复合回转主轴打刀机构设计

摘要

以玻璃车刻加工中心为例,介绍了复合回转主轴的传动系统及打刀机构.阐述了主轴打刀缸的安装、流体介质在复合回转部件间的传输及通过压力传感器检测刀具位置等方面的问题.%With machining center of glass processing as an example,the transmission system of composite rotational spindle and the unclamping mechanism are described.The installation process of spindle unclamping cylinder,and the transmission procedure of fluid medium in the composite rotating parts are given.And the problem of measuring the tool position through the pressure sensor as well as some corresponding problems is also discussed.
