缸孔加工多刀夹展开式刀具的稳定性研究

         

摘要

在发动机的缸体大批量生产过程中,能够提升切削效率并可实现直径可调整的展开式刀具应用越来越广泛.作为精度要求高的缸孔也不例外,近些年以MAPAL、KENNAMETAL等为代表的刀具厂家不断推出多刀夹缸孔精加工刀具,显著提升了加工效率,但同时也由于本身复杂结构导致了加工的不稳定.通过优化一种7刀夹展开式刀具的回缩量,为今后的缸孔加工相关刀具的问题解决提供一种思路和解决方法.%In the mass production process of engine cylinder blocks,a kind of efficient expansion tool with multi-cartrige was used more and more widely.As for cylinder bores with high quality request is also no exception.Recent years,some tool manufacturer like MAPAL,KENNAMETAL constantly introduce new products on this area,these tools obviously develop machining efficiency,however,because of these tools' complex structure,the stability of cutting become a problem.Now in this project,by optimizing the shrinkage of one kind 7-cartridge expansion tool,ting,as a result,provide a reference for solving relative problems of cylinder bore finish cutters.
