轮毂轴承内圈的成型磨削方法

     

摘要

轮毂轴承内圈沟道的设计精度比较高,且沟道与相邻表面又有较高的位置精度要求,是轴承加工的一大问题.采用成型金刚滚轮修磨砂轮保证工件加工表面的形状位置精度,让工件安装轴线与砂轮安装轴线成一夹角,使径向和轴向双向具有持续进给、尺寸补偿功能来改善工艺性能、保证工件尺寸加工精度,选择合适的工艺数据,提高加工效率,一次装夹、成型磨削、稳定加工出合格的工件复杂表面.%High design precision of hub bearing inner ring,moreover the request of positional accuracy of channel and adjacent surface,is a great problem of bearing processing.Diamond roller form grinding is used to ensure positional accuracy of workpiece finished surface,the mounting axis of workpiece has an angle to grinding wheel,make continuous feed of radial direction and axial direction,size compensation improve processing property,ensure working accuracy of workpiece.Process data is selected to improve working efficiency,one time clamping,form grinding and obtain qualified,complex surface of workpiece.
