Aiming at the demand of typical aerospace aluminum alloy thin-walled work-piece,the forming principle of the drilling burr is analyzed.The single-factor experiment is used to establish the relationship be tween cutting tool,spindle speed,tool feed rate,cylinder pressure and burr height.Three levels of orthogonal test analysis of variances are used to confirm the best drilling process parameters.Design of the drilling process tests show that:primary and secondary relationships of burr height were pressure,spindle speed and feed rate;the optimum drilling process parameters was using 0.6 MPa of the pressure with 12 000 r/min of the spindle speed and 0.025 mm/r for the feed rate,burr height under these parameters is about 0.103 mm.%针对典型的航天铝合金薄壁件的无毛刺制孔需求,分析制孔毛刺的形成原理,应用单因素试验建立主轴转速、刀具进给量、压紧气缸压力与制孔毛刺高度之间的联系,并采用三因素三水平正交试验方差分析法确认最佳制孔工艺参数.设计的制孔工艺试验结果表明:影响毛刺高度的主次关系依次为压力,主轴转速,进给量;最佳制孔工艺参数为压紧气缸压力0.6 MPa,主轴转速12 000r/min,进给量0.025 mm/r,在此参数下,毛刺高度约为0.103 mm.
