蜂窝芯工件高速铣削自动化固持系统设计

         

摘要

A theory based on magnetic field and friction principle with the advantages of convenience and green can solve the honeycomb core's credible fixture problem for high speed milling.The style of magnetic control is put forward,and the magnetic fixture is designed.Because honeycomb deformed in original bonding process,the pre-compression method for honeycomb core work-piece using springs are presented,and the compression transform method is analyzed.Then the problems of transforming and control in iron powder feeding are resolved.On the basis,a comprehensive set of fixture system is integrated,economic and practical control system is applied,and the NC software for fixture system is also developed for automatic control.%基于强磁场和摩擦学原理的固持方法具有方便、绿色的特点,可用于纸基蜂窝芯工件高速铣削时可靠固持.首先提出磁场的控制方式,并设计磁性平台结构;针对蜂窝芯原始制作弯曲问题,提出弹簧预压紧方法,并对压紧传动方式进行分析和设计;解决铁粉填充传动和均匀填料问题.在此基础上,集成整套固持系统,采用经济实用的开环控制系统,并开发数控软件以实现系统的自动化控制.
