基于DLP原理的3D打印机设计与实现

         

摘要

在DLP成型技术研究的基础上,研制了一种新型的3D打印机.提出了基于DLP原理的3D打印机机械结构设计方案,设计了基于ARM Cortex-A8内核的嵌入式控制系统,介绍了适用于DLP3D打印机的405 nm近紫外光波段可固化新型光敏树脂的制备方法;在美国TI公司DLP技术基础上,通过软件优化,研制了DLP打印设备专用高分辨率光学引擎,实现WXGA(1280×800)级的分辨率;基于LED光源和DMD技术研制了长寿命光学投影系统,解决在近紫外光环境下HTPS-LCD和LCOS的寿命问题,提升了光固化效率;设计了可实现间隔式分离或多米诺骨牌式分离的新型模型剥离装置,提高了剥离效率和模型的完整性.基于DLP原理的3D打印机因为去除了昂贵的激光发生器和激光振镜,具有极高的性价比.%Based on the forming technology of Digital Light Processing (DLP),this paper develops a new kind of 3D printer which is extremely cost-effective since the expensive laser generator and laser mirror is removed.The design scheme and the mechanical structure of the 3D printer are proposed,the embedded control system according to the RM Cortex-A8 is designed,and preparation method which is used to solidify Photosensitive Resin for the DLP 3D printer near 405 nm ultraviolet band is introduced.Optical engine with special high resolution for DLP printing equipment is developed to realized the resolution for WXGA (1280×800) through the software optimization.Long life optical projection system is developed to solve the life problem of HTPS-LCD and LCOS near to ultraviolet light environment with the help the DLP technology of TI Company which is a good way to improve the photo curing efficiency based on the LED light source and DMD technology.New model stripping device is designed which can realize the separation of interval or dominos to improve the efficiency of stripping and the integrity of the model.
