基于ANSYS Workbench的多层热压机框架结构分析及优化

     

摘要

Take the 1 219.2 mm×2 438.4 mm transverse plate multi-daylight press for example,the stress and displacement of its frame plate under a certain working condition has been analyzed by FEM,and it is found that the stress of the frame plate is mainly concentrated in the comer of the window,which is consistent with the actual situation.Therefore,the comer of the frame plate has been analyzed and the optimal form of arc transition has been determined according to the relevant data.Afterwards,the optimization model with the optimal form of arc transition of frame plate has been established.The structural parameters of frame plate are optimized in the condition prescribed with the optimization design module in ANSYS-Workbench.Finally,the optimized frame plate is analyzed by ANSYS to verify the optimization results,which achieve the goal to save material.%以某公司生产的1 219.2 mm×2 438.4mm(4英尺×8英尺)横向进板多层热压机为分析对象,采用有限元的方法对热压机框架板进行应力状态与形变分析,发现框架板应力主要集中在窗口拐角处,与使用过程中窗口拐角发生断裂的情况相符.因此针对框架板拐角形式进行分析研究,根据框架板拐角处的应力和位移数据图表,确定最优的圆弧过渡形式;并以此为基础建立框架板优化模型,运用ANSYS-Workbench中的优化设计模块,对框架板整体结构参数进行优化计算,在保证使用性能的前提下,确定单块框架板的最优结构,进行有限元分析,验证优化结果的正确性,达到节约材料的目的.
