空间对接机构热真空环境对接与分离试验技术研究

         

摘要

During the development of the docking mechanism, to verify whether the motion perform-ance in space environment can meet the design requirements, thermal vacuum tests must be conduc-ted.The validity of the test program directly affects the success of the spacecraft docking.On the basis of the in-orbit docking process, a test method was proposed, including the equivalent inertia simulation technology, six DOF motion technology, etc.According to the proposed scheme, a Ther-mal Vacuum Docking Test Station was developed and tests were successfully completed.The results showed that the proposed test technique was effective and feasible and ensured the successful com-pletion of the thermal vacuum docking tests.%为了验证对接机构在空间环境下的运动性能是否能满足设计要求,在研制过程中必须进行对接机构热真空环境下的对接与分离试验,试验方案的正确与否直接影响到航天器对接与分离的成败。针对对接机构在轨对接的工作过程,提出了利用飞轮模拟对接等效质量的试验方案,并根据提出的方案研制了对接机构热真空对接试验台,完成了对接机构热真空对接与分离试验。由试验结果可知,飞轮模拟等效质量的技术方案有效可行,可保证对接机构热真空对接与分离试验圆满完成。
