科研团队是科研单位发展的基础与制高点,是学科建设的重要保障与载体.文章以江苏省农业科学院为例,详细分析了其近几年科研工作的成效与存在的问题,探讨了科研组织方式中存在的一些弊端,提出了组建研究室发展战略委员会、推动研究室协作创新、实行切实有效的人才培养计划和营造宽松的内外环境等新形势下进一步加强团队建设的建议.%The scientific research teams play core role in the development of academies, which guarantee the discipline construction as carriers. In this article, the achievements in scientific research and existing problems of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences (JAAS) in recent years were analyzed in detail. The issues were also evaluated thoroughly on organizational form of scientific research in JAAS. To further improve the construction on research team in JAAS, several recommendations under new situation were proposed, such as setting up a strategic committee of laboratory development, promoting the collaborative innovation among research teams, implementing the talents training programs, and creating a comfortable environment for scientific research.
