农业科研单位知识产权管理模式研究--以江苏省农业科学院为例

摘要

Enhancing management of intellectual property is the inevitable choice of promoting agricultural science and technology innovation and strengthening intellectual stimulation. Effects, main practices and existing problems of intellectual property management in Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences were elaborated in the paper. The new situation faced by agricultural research institutes was analyzed. Suggestions were put forward from the perspective of integration, in order to enhance capacity to manage intellectual property rights, such as organization framework, functional adjustment and funds collection, etc.%加强知识产权管理是新形势下促进农业科技创新、强化知识激励的必然选择。文章阐述了江苏省农业科学院知识产权管理的成效、主要做法和存在问题，分析了农业科研单位知识产权管理面临的新形势，并从院系统一体化管理的视角提出了组织框架、职能调整、资金筹集等提升知识产权管理能力的对策建议。
