地市级农业科研院所人才培养的实践和探索——以江苏里下河地区农业科学研究所为例

Talent, the core of agricultural science and technology innovation, is the foundation of promoting the development of agricultural research. Taking Institute of Agricultural Science of the Lixiahe District in Jiangsu Province as an example, the practice and experiences of talent cultivation were summarized and analyzed, such as setting up the talent development strategy combined with actuality, building the talent training carrier, and promoting the growth of talents by multi ways. These will provide references to promoting the construction of talents for municipal agricultural science institutes.%人才是农业科技创新的核心,是推进农业科研事业发展的基础.文章以江苏里下河地区农业科学研究所为例,全面总结分析了其结合实际制定人才发展战略、积极构建人才培养载体和多途径促进人才成长等人才培养工作的做法与经验,以期为地市级农业科研院所推进人才队伍建设提供参考.
