基于磁流变弹性体导电机理的压阻特性理论模型研究

     

摘要

磁流变弹性体作为新型智能材料的一种,已成为国内外研究的热点,但目前缺少有关其压阻特性的理论模型研究.通过对磁流变弹性体导电机理的分析,指出磁流变弹性体的导电机制是由导电通道理论和隧道电流理论两种载流子传导机制共同作用的结果,进而推导出磁流变弹性体压阻特性的理论模型.模型表明,磁流变弹性体的电阻呈现明显的压力依赖性.实验结果显示,在轴向压力激励下,磁流变弹性体样品电阻呈数量级递减,表现出明显的压阻特性行为,定性地验证了理论模型的正确性.%As a new type of smart materials, magnetorheological elastomer (MRE) has become a research focus all over the world.However, little researches concern the theoretical model of its piezoresistivity. The analysis concluded that the conduction mechanism of MRE was jointly determined by the theory of conductive channel and the theory of tunneling current. Based on this conclusion, the theoretical model of piezoresistivity for MRE was deduced. The model showed that the resistance of MRE displayed significant pressure dependence. A subsequent experimental study showed that the resistance of MRE samples decreased in exponential order responding to the axial pressure, which matched the results given by the proposed theoretical model, thus providing a qualitative verification of the model.
