针对五轴数控加工特有的非线性误差,通过简化模型,推导出最大非线性误差表达式,并结合MATLAB仿真图像,得到刀具半径、转角变化量等影响因素与非线性误差之间的关系;最后通过仿真特定的程序段,从工程实践的基础上验证了最大非线性误差的产生位置.%In order to analyze the special nonlinear error in five-axis machining, the expression of the maximum nonlinear error is derived via model simplification. Combined with MATLAB simulation image, the relationship between the tool radius and angle and the nonlinear error is obtained. Finally, the occurrence location of the maximum nonlinear error is verified by simulating a special program section on the basis of engineering practice.
