基于有限元的三胶筒封隔器密封性能分析

摘要

基于有限元分析方法对三胶筒封隔器的密封性能进行了模拟仿真,确认不同的坐封载荷会使封隔器中的胶筒与套管产生不等的间隙,从而得出三胶筒封隔器中起主要密封作用的位置.%Based on the finite element analysis method,the sealing performance of the triple-cartridge packer was simulated,and it was confirmed that the different sealing load would cause non-uniform gap between the cartridge and the casing in the packer,thereby obtaining the position acting the main seal in the triple-cartridge packer.
