以航天发射塔电缆摆杆液压系统为研究对象,采用AMESim软件建立了仿真模型,分析了换向阀和液压缸泄漏等故障对系统流量、压力及速度的影响.这一方法可以为液压系统故障快速检测分析提供帮助,同时为液压系统状态评估及预测提供参考,对于提高发射塔电缆摆杆液压系统发射任务的可靠性有重要意义.%Taking the hydraulic system of cable pendulum bar in space launch tower as the research object,the simulation model was established by using AMESim software to analyze the influence of the fault such as the leakage in changeover valve and hydraulic cylinder on the flow,pressure and velocity of the system.This method can help for rapid detection and analysis of the hydraulic failure and provide a reference for assessment and prediction of the state of hydraulic system,which is important for improving the reliability of the hydraulic system of the cable pendulum bar in launching tower upon launch mission.
