数控磨床液压系统可靠性建模与评估

     

摘要

Hydraulic system is a key component of CNC grinding machine.Based on the field test of hydraulic system of MKS CNC grinding machine,the regression analysis methods was used to build the exponential and Weibull fault distribution model for the failure data.The method of correlation test and Kolmogorov-Smirnov method were used to judge the rationality of the model,and the model was optimized by the correlation coefficient method.By calculating and comparing the MTBF it can provide a theoretical basis for improving the reliability of CNC grinding machine.%液压系统是数控磨床的关键部件.以某厂MKS型数控磨床液压系统现场试验为基础进行研究,应用回归分析法对故障数据建立指数和韦布尔故障分布模型,采用相关性检验法和科尔莫戈罗夫-斯米尔诺夫检验法判断模型的合理性,并应用相关因数法对模型进行优选,计算出平均无故障工作时间,并进行比较与评估,为提升数控磨床可靠性提供了理论依据.
