一种基于 IPC的内嵌式PLC的实现方法

摘要

One method of realizing built-in PLC based on IPC (Industrial Personal Computer)is given in this paper, this method is suitable for CNC system with one CPU, and can make the structure of CNC compact. The PLC system realized by this method is capable of PLC command editing, compiling, and executing, besides this, both terminal signals and ladder diagram is provided with the help of rich software resource of IPC,these two are convenient in CNC system debugging stage. This method is a universal method and is easy to be realized. This method has been applied in CNC system of our institute.%给出一种实用的，基于IPC(工业PC)的内嵌式PLC系统实现方法。该方法具有易于实现，通用性好，独立性强等优点，尤其适合于单机，单CPU的CNC系统使用。用该方法开发的PLC系统，除了具有PLC指令编辑，编译，执行等功能，还具有PLC端子状态和梯形图显示等有利于CNC系统调试的功能。系统经实际应用，效果良好。
