基于FANUC Oi Mate TD数控系统的数控车床技术改造

运用FANUC Oi Mate TD数控系统对旧的数控车床进行技术改造,针对一些关键问题作了具体分析,并阐述了具体的解决办法和技巧.该项目的完成不仅恢复了旧机床功能,缓解了为学生实训设备短缺问题,同时为其它数控机床的改造和维修提供了借鉴.%This article introduced numerical control system makes the technological transformations using FANUC Oi Mate TD to the old numerical control lathe the method, has made the concrete study in view of some key questions,and elaborated not only the concrete solution and the skill,this project completed restored the old engine bed function, alleviated has really taught the e-quipment short question for the student, simultaneously other numerically - controlled machine tool's transformation and the service provided have used for reference.
