基于轮廓线法的三维重建技术研究

         

摘要

An improved method base on the contours algorithm is presented, to make it more applicable to 3D reconstruction of human tissue. First of all according to the characteristics of medical images, divide contour data into several categories, and then carry out the correspondence and branch treatment in various categories to determine the topological relations between contours, finally with the optimization target of minimum diagonal splice the contours by triangular facets and obtain the 3D model. Because the determining of topological relations is more effective, the expression of 3D model of organs is more accurate and the model reconstruction is more efficient.%提出基于轮廓线法的改进算法,使其更加适用人体组织的三维重建.先根据医学图像的特点将轮廓数据进行分类,然后分别在各类中进行对应处理和分支处理确定轮廓间的拓扑关系,最后以最小对角线为优化目标进行三角面片的拼接,进而得到三维模型.由于较好地确定了拓扑关系,使得组织器官的三维模型表达更精确,建模效率更高.
