基于ANSYS Workbench的工业清洗机真空干燥模块主槽的设计及优化

         

摘要

Vacuum drying technology has been widely used in cleaning process of industrial parts, and the quality of the tank of the vacuum drying module affects the drying module performance directly.In this paper, the wall thickness of the vacuum tank was designed preliminarily based on the given shape size, and it was then optimized through the reasonable arrangement of strengthen bar.Finally, the finite element analysis was conducted by ANSYS Workbench to verify the rationality of the optimization.The results show that the materials and production costs were saved in an allowable range on strength.%真空干燥技术在工业零部件的清洗工序中应用越加广泛,而真空室主槽作为真空干燥模块的主体部分,其优劣程度直接影响干燥模块的工作性能.在确定外形尺寸的基础上,对真空室主槽壁厚做初步设计,再通过合理布置加强筋对壁厚进行优化,并利用ANSYS Workbench进行有限元分析,验证优化的合理性.在强度允许范围内有效地节约了材料和生产成本.
