挠性转子动平衡的研究

摘要

挠性转子的高速动平衡,是现代化工业生产中一项高尖端的科研技术项目.挠性转子的动平衡技术的研究涉及到深奥的动平衡原理,繁琐复杂的动平衡程序,对平衡设备、工艺方法及平衡人员的高要求等各种问题.针对以上的复杂情况,将采用由原理指导实践,再由实践验证、修正原理的研究方法,对挠性转子的动平衡特性和原理进行深入研究,并以德国进口的高精动平衡机为例分析了动平衡设备对工件平衡的影响,详细地阐述挠性转子的动平衡原理,研究方法和技巧,以及解决常见动平衡故障的手段和方法,并总结出一套行之有效的平衡工艺方法.%High-speed dynamic balance of flexible rotor is a Hi-tech project in modern industry, which involves profound dynamic balance theory,complicated dynamic balance program and high demand for balancing machine technique and technical stqff.On account of the problems above,the paper adopted a method that theory may be applied to guide practice and the practice after verifying may revise the theory. Then intensive study on the theory and feature of dynamic balance was conducted,and the influence of dynamic balancing machine on the balance of work piece was analyzed, by taking the dynamic balancing machine imported from Germany as an example.Afterwards the dynamic balancing principle of flexible rotor, study method and technique as well as the means and methods for solving common faults were expounded in detail. And an efficient balance technique method was summarized
