基于Web的离散型车间管理系统研究

摘要

针对某企业离散型车间生产管理的功能需求,分析了集成环境下离散型车间生产管理的业务模型和功能模型,建立了B/S模式的系统框架,开发了基于Web的离散型车间管理系统,实现了离散型车间的自动化、数字化和规范化管理,并对离散型车间生产能力进行有效控制,提高了离散型车间生产效率,降低了生产成本,还与其他管理系统实现了有效集成.该系统已经在某集团公司试运行,系统运行良好,有效解决了离散型车间的管理问题,并得到用户的一致好评.%Aiming at the functional requirements of discrete workshop management in an enterprise, it analyzes the functional model and the business model of discrete workshop management under the integrated environment.Based on B/S mode,a discrete workshop management system architecture framework is established and the discrete workshop automation,digital and standardized management is developed,which can control effectively the capacity of discrete workshop,improve the efficiency of discrete workshop production as well as reduce the cost of production.Meanwhile an effective integration with other management systems is achieved as well.After trial applying of the system in a group company,it works well,which solves the problem of management of discrete workshop effectively,and enjoy good reputation among the users.
