该文针对大连某设备制造企业离散型车间的现有设备情况,分析了整体车间在实际生产中的业务模型和功能模型,建立了B/S模式的系统框架,开发了基于Web的设备能力管理系统(ECMS),实现了对设备管理的自动化、数字化和规范化,提高了离散型企业车间的生产效率,降低了生产成本,还与其他管理系统实现了有效集成.该系统已经在大连某设备制造有限公司试运行,系统运行良好,有效解决了离散型企业车间的设备能力管理问题,并得到用户的一致好评.%According to the existing equipment of a manufacturing enterprises’a discrete workshop in Dalian. this paper analyzes the whole workshop model of the business and function in the actual production, establishes the system framework which is based on B/S, develops a Web-based equipment capability management system(ECMS), achieves the Automation and digitiza?tion and standardization of equipment management, improve the efficiency of discrete enterprise workshop’s production, reduce the cost of production and achieves effectively integrating with other management systems. The system has been trial operation in Dalian Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It is running well, and has effectively solved the problem of discrete enterprise work?shop’s equipment capacity management, and gets the users' praise.
