基于综合评判的随车起重机变幅机构稳健设计

             

摘要

The performance index is determined by structure and kinetic analysis for the luffing mechanism of truck-mounted crane,and a mathematical model for robust design is established.Specific to restraint multi-performance of Robust design of the luffing mechanism,by adopting synthetic judgment the robust design for the luffing mechanism of truck-mounted crane is conducted based on loss model method to obtain optimal design parameter for impacting the performance of the mechanisnuTherefore ,the max. Thrust of the luffing cylinder is decreased to the minimum with little fluctuation ratio of the thrust and stable pistonMeanwhile it is rectified through experiment the correct and practical value of the method, which pro-vide reference for the application of robust design method in dealing with multi-performance index.%通过对随车起重机变幅机构结构和运动性能分析,确定了其性能指标,进而建立了稳健设计数学模型.针对变幅机构稳健设计具有约束多性能指标的特点,在损失模型法基础上应用综合评判方法对随车起重机变幅机构进行稳健设计,得到了影响变幅机构性能的设计参数最佳组合,使得变幅机构中变幅油缸最大推力最小、推力波动率小、活塞杆稳定性较好.同时通过实例验证了该方法的正确性和工程实用价值.为稳健设计方法在处理约束多性能指标问题中的应用提供了一定的参考.
