基于实例推理的冲击电钻产品模块化配置设计研究

     

摘要

基于实例推理技术(CBR)是人工智能及机器学习领域中的一个研究方向.阐述了基于实例推理的基本原理、工作流程、关键技术及模块化技术.以项目<基于Web的五金产品个性化定制平台研制与开发>为背景,通过研究实例推理技术和模块化技术,并把它们结合起来应用到冲击电钻产品配置设计中,运用模块化技术对冲击电钻的功能结构进行合理的划分,降低了产品配置过程中来自于知识表达的困难.合理地利用已有的冲击电钻的实例及设计经验,进一步实现产品快速配置的方法,提高产品设计的效率.%Case-Based Reasoning( CBR )technology is one research branch in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning First the basic principle of case-based reasoning and modular technique are introduced. With the support from the project of Research and Development Based on Web the Hardware Products Individual Customization Platform,the modular technique is applied to the product configuration design of impact drills. Then a nearest neighbor algorithm is employed to assess and determine the similarity between stored cases and the customer input case. By applying modularization technology reasonable divide function structure of impact drills is achieved.The approach combines modular technique and CBR,which helps to realize the rapid product configuration and improves the efficiency of product design in the end.
