一种新型深孔镗刀研制

         

摘要

Since deep-hole boring is an important part of deep-hole machining and the study on it is of great significance. Deep-hole boring tool for processing oxygen-free copper- the most difficult materials shall be taken as main study object. Movement form,force and basic theory for design of the deep hole boring are analyzed. Then deep-hole boring tool is designed and processed with oxygen-free copper material,which shall be tested later. During the period, problems occur in processing test is analyzed,the solution to the problems should be proposed. Through the test the feasibility of the method is to be proven,and applied to actual production in the deep-hole processing with guidance. The valuable experience accumulated shall be helpful for the future parts processing with certain materials and shapes,which is valuable in economy and research for deep-hole boring tool.%深孔镗削是深孔加工的重要部分,对其展开研究具有重要意义.以无氧铜难加工材料深孔镗刀研制试验为主要研究对象.分析深孔镗削运动形式、深孔镗削受力、深孔镗刀设计基本理论;设计并加工无氧铜材料的深孔镗刀,并进行相关刀具切削加工试验.分析加工试验中出现问题,提出解决问题的方法,通过试验来证明该方法的可行性,指导并应用于深孔加工的生产实际中.为以后实现相应材料和形状的零件的加工提高宝贵的经验,对深孔镗刀进一步研究具有很高的经济和研究价值.
