双转台五轴数控机床运动变换及求解方法的研究

             

摘要

数控加工后置处理是实现多坐标数控机床正确、高效完成加工任务的关键步骤.在后置处理器系统设计中,机床运动变换尤为重要,它的任务是将刀位点信息和刀轴矢量信息.转化为各运动轴在机床坐标系中的运动量.五轴数控加工后置处理的难点是机床坐标运动变换;以双转台机床为例,利用机构运动学原理,推导出了刀位矢量及刀位点运动变换模型,给出了其表达式;通过仿真分析对该算法进行了验证;检验结果表明所提出方法是正确可行的而且适用于其他任何类型的五轴机床.%In multi-axis NC machining, post-processor is the key step for NC machine to achieve correct and efficient processing. During the system design for post-processor, motion conversion of machine is important particularly which main task is to transform the information on cutter location and the cuter vector into quantity of motion for kinematics axis in machine system of coordinates. The difficulty of postprocessor in 5-axis NC machining is motion conversion of machine coordinate. By taking 5-axis NC machine tool with dual turntable as an example ,it deduces transformational model for the cutter location vector and its points based on kinematics of mechanism and provides their expression. The validity and usefulness of the algorithm are confirmed by the simulation analysis. The result indicates that the proposed method is correct and feasible andit is suitable for any other types of 5-axis machine tool.
