电子定量包装秤系统设计

         

摘要

Through theoretical analysis and experiment to explain some key technologies which was involved in the quantitative packing scale system design to come over precision and efficiency. First,the system mathematical modeling analysis, combined with agricultural fertilizer production and packaging requirements,gives a flow based on AVR microcontroller and the control of three agro-chemical fertilizers quantitative packing scale electronic system design. And then a large number of experiments,a detailed analysis of the impact of system accuracy and efficiency of some of the factors. Experimental results show that the design can basically meet the practical requirements for fertilizer production. At last, giving some improvements based on the experimental data.%通过理论分析并结合试验的方式,阐述了定量包装秤系统设计中要解决精度和效率问题所涉及的关键技术.首先对系统进行数学建模分析,结合农用化肥生产和包装要求,给出了一种基于AVR单片机和三级流速控制的农用化肥电子定量包装秤系统的设计方案.然后通过大量实验,具体分析了影响系统精度和效率的一些因素.试验结果表明该设计可以基本满足化肥生产的实际要求.最后结合试验数据给出一些改进措施.
