基于饮水机两侧板材料选择的制造系统决策框架模型的应用

             

摘要

石油和钢铁等是制造业中不可缺少的元素.随着制造业的蓬勃发展,这些不可再生资源将会越来越匮乏.在产品制造中,如何降低能源和资源消耗成为制造业中迫待解决的问题.以某电器公司饮水机两侧板材料的选择为例,通过建立制造系统决策框架模型,以"层次分析法"对决策目标变量进行优化,从而降低生产成本及减少对生态环境的影响.%Oil and steel are indispensable elements in the manufacturing.With the vigorous development of the manufacturing,these nonrenewable resources will become increasingly scarce. During the manufacturing, how to reduce energy and resource consumption is an urgent issue to be solved. Decision-making framework model of manufacturing systems for the material selection of water dispenser's plates are established,decision target variables are optimized by AHP in order to reduce production costs and the impact on the ecological environment.
