三自由度并联机床控制系统设计与实现

         

摘要

Based on the characteristics of the three degrees of freedom parallel tool machine's kinematics control,according to the VC++,a kinematics control system is developed to apply to parallel machine tool in three degrees of freedom. The system applies multi-axis motion controller as the main part,based on the "industrial control computer and multi-axis controller",develops general hardware platform of control system. The testing results show that the system design is reasonable and has the ability to realize the major functions of the machine accurately.%针对三自由度并联机床运动控制的特点,基于VC++开发了一个应用于该机床的控制系统.该系统采用了多轴运动控制卡为主体,基于"工控机+多轴控制卡"方式开发了硬件平台.测试结果表明,系统设计合理,能准确实现并联机床控制系统的基本功能.
