负载与充气压力对轮胎均匀性试验机参数测量影响的研究

摘要

在轮胎均匀性试验机中,测试条件的优劣极大地影响了轮胎各项均匀性指标测量的真实性和准确性.针对该问题就条件参数充气压力与负荷分别对轮胎均匀性特征及其质量判级的影响进行研究,通过对轮胎进行不同负荷、不同气压的均匀性检测实验,利用matlab工具对获得的数据进行分析和拟合,从而得到负荷和充气压力分别对轮胎均匀性特征的影响规律.%There is a problem that when using the tire uniformity testing machine, the authenticity and accuracy of uniformityparameters are affected significantly by the test conditions.It emphasizes the study of test conditions containing load & inflow pressure impact on the tire uniformity characteristic parameters.Through the experiments of tire uniformity testing under different load and air pressure,it analyzes the data using Matlab to obtain the rule between the tire uniformity characteristic and load & inflow pressure.
