全平衡双驱动三环减速器设计与研制术

摘要

A kind of new 3-ring reducer is introduced.Due to the application of double-rank driving,double speed reduction,and symmetrical distribution of the 3 ring plates ,the goals are achieved of power branch,full balance of inertial force and inertial moment, and great reduction of acting force on bearings.Experiments have shown many advantages such as high efficiency, low noise, and stable transmission.%介绍了一种三环式少齿差减速器.由于采用了双曲柄驱动、二级降速、三块环板对称分布等措施,实现了功率分流、惯性力与力矩完全平衡以及各轴承受力的大幅度降低.实验证明其具有高效、低噪、传动平稳等诸多优点.
