运用IE提高移圈针槽曲加工效率的研究

摘要

On the basis of investigation of the production lines in the transfer needle grooves machining workshop, the research and the practice on the production efficiency of transfer needle grooves machining was done by using lE.The process time of every procedure was tested and analyzed, and the bottleneck process in the production lines was found, then a feasibility draft of improving the balance rate for the production line was worked out, and on this foundation, the production capacity was estimated.And else, some research on the machine and the operator was researched, improving the technology better,and finally,the labor intensity was reduced and the efficiency was enhanced.%基于移圈针平面槽曲加工的生产现状,运用IE技术对提高移圈针平面槽曲加工效率进行了一定的研究.其中,测定和分析了每道工序的作业时间,找出了生产线上存在的瓶颈工序,提出了提高产线平衡率的可行性方案,并在此基础上对生产能力进行预估.同时,针对加工设备及操作人员进行了一定的作业研究,对加工工艺进行了改进,最终降低了操作人员的劳动强度,并提高了加工效率.
