下肢残障人多功能器械的机构设计与分析

         

摘要

为下肢残障人设计了一种具有康复训练及生活自助的多功能器械.在满足移动行走、下肢康复训练、上床、入厕、高端取物等多功能要求的设计目标下对器械的组成和功能进行分析,利用矢量方程解析法对其中的上肢提升机构、座椅旋转机构和脚蹬收放机构进行机构可行性分析.利用Pro/E软件完成虚拟样机的建立,并对上述机构进行运动仿真分析.通过分析验证了该设计的可行性和合理性.%A multifunctional device is designed for lower limb disabilities to make rehabilitation training and life self-help.To meet the requirements of multi-functional design which includes walking,lower limb rehabilitation training, going to bed and toilet, getting high objects, the structure and function are analyzed.The feasibility institutional analysis of upper limb lifting mechanism,seat rotating mechanism and pedal retracting mechanism are carried out by method of vector equation.The three-dimensional models are built and assembled to form a virtual prototype and kinematics simulation analysis based on Pro/E software. The analysis proves the feasibility and rationality of the mechanism design.
