Matlab在圆柱形工件图像处理中的应用

         

摘要

In order to realize the workpiece' s accurate position, image processing of the workpieces in the process of loading and unloading material manipulator is a hot issue in the application of modern automatic industrial production now.Aiming at the location problem of a cylindrical workpiece that is positioned on the conveyor belt vertically and randomly in processing system,first,the images of those cylindrical workpieces are obtained through the CCD over the conveyor belt,then those images are loaded in the Matlab software and processed step by step, finally the center coordinates of those workpieces'upper surface are attained.Thus the workpieces position is realized accurately.It will save time and efforts by using this method to find the critical points' coordinates,and also it will build the foundation for the calculation of the follow-up space position of the three-dimensional coordinates.%在机器人自动上下料过程中,如何应用图像处理技术实现工件的准确定位是现代工业自动化生产中研究的热点问题之一.针对自动加工系统中传送带上随机立式放置的圆柱形工件的定位问题,首先用安装于传送带正上方的CCD摄相机获取圆柱形工件上表面的图像,然后用Matlab加载其图像并进行相关处理,最终获取零件中心点的平面坐标值,从而实现零件的精确定位.使用该方法确定零件上关键点的坐标值省时、省力,同时为后续空间位置点的三维坐标值求取奠定基础.
