摘要

Full automatic rotary-cutting aluminum rod cold-shearing machine is used for cutting aluminum rod.lt distincts from other cold shears with highly automatic configuration,re mark able shearing quality,high efficiency,low power consumption and no loss of aluminum scrap.The utilization of chipless cold shear technology,physical construction with rotary cutting device and automatic control system makes it reaches national leading level and obtains National Utility Model Patent.It uses the touch screen intelligent operating system,with automatic fee ding,fixed length cutting, automatic counting, automatic unloading and other functions, to achieve the operation of full automation level,and aluminum rod shearing precision is high,and the work efficiency is increased to (250～320)section/h, but also greatly reduces the cost of manual operation.It is rated as high-tech products in Jiangsu province.%全自动旋切式铝棒冷剪机用于铝棒切断.它有自动化程度高,剪切质量好,效率高,能耗低,铝屑损耗为零等特点.该冷剪机采用了无屑冷剪、旋切装置的机械结构及自动化控制系统等关键技术.达到国内领先水平,获得国家实用新型专利.它采用触摸屏智能型操作系统,具有自动送料、定长剪切、自动计数、自动卸料等功能,实现了设备操作的全自动化水平,铝棒剪切精度高,且工作效率提高到(250～320)段/h,同时也大大降低了人工操作成本.评为江苏省高新技术产品.
