阶梯型变幅杆圆弧过渡动力学分析

             

摘要

Ladder type ultrasonic transformers,because of simple processing, easy fixing, and amplification than big advantages, are widely used, however,since the size of the stress and displacement in transition distribution is more complex,it has been restricted in reality utilization.Through Ansys finite element analysis software transition arc is added into different ultrasonic transformers stepped -weir.Comparing comprehensively of all sorts of resonant of ladder type ultrasonic transformers frequency under different circular arc, amplification ratio and stress distribution,so as to find out the best transition arc providing theoretical basis for subsequent research of ladder type ultrasonic transformers and the specific design.%阶梯型变幅杆由于加工简单,易修正,放大比大等优点,应用较广,然而由于大小端过渡处的应力、位移分布比较复杂,从而导致谐振频率小于理论频率,一直制约着其在实际生产中的运用.本文通过Ansys有限元分析软件对阶梯形变幅杆大小端突变处添加不同的过渡圆弧,综合比较、分析不同圆弧下阶梯型变幅杆的共振频率,放大比和应力分布状况,从而从中找出不同阶梯形变幅杆对应的最佳过渡圆弧,为阶梯型变幅杆的后续研究和具体设计提供了一定的理论依据.
