多功能车床动力刀塔立柱的有限元分析及改进设计

         

摘要

The powered cutter—tower pillar is the main component to decide the machining accuracy of lathe with multifunction,which is designed on the basis of horizontal carriage with sufficient space to install other turning tools, re quiring that the powered cutter-tower pillar occupies as less space as possible under the condition of the sufficient stiffness.Firstly introduces an original design structure of powered cutter-tower which integrates turning,milling and drilling.The power cutter-tower pillar is analyzed on the basis of the stress and deformation analysis and solid modeling.A new structure of pillar with less occupied space is proposed and FEA simulation results show that the improved pillar has enough stiffness.%多功能车床动力刀塔立柱是决定加工精度的主要部件,为了保证横溜板上留有足够空间安装其它车削刀具,要求立柱在足够的刚度条件下尽可能占据较少的空间.首先介绍了复合车、铣和钻工序的动力刀塔原结构设计;在对刀塔立柱的受力分析和实体造型的基础上进行了有限元分析,完成了刀塔立柱的静刚度分析,提出了一种新结构的刀塔立柱.改进的立柱结构体积进一步减少,有限元仿真结果表明其静刚度得到进一步加强.
