陶瓷涂层活塞杆在往复式压缩机中的应用研究

         

摘要

Base on the new requirements of the long-term operation reliability and economy of large reciprocating compressors new technology that is Plasma spraying technology being used to deal with the hardening of the piston rod is researched in order to improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance performance of the piston rodAnd this process is used to manufacture compressor which piston force is not more than l25t.Production practice proves that this technology can simplify the traditional manufacturing processes to shorten the production cycle,meanwhile, it can avoid the bending,brittle crack and discharge melting, etc,by high-frequency quenching process,which can result the piston rod scrap.This technology makes the piston rod better performance and extends the service life of the piston rod effectively.%根据目前对大型往复式压缩机组长周期运行可靠性、经济性的新要求,研究利用等离子喷涂技术对活塞杆摩擦面进行陶瓷硬化处理新工艺,以进一步改善活塞杆的高的耐磨性和抗腐蚀的性能.并将该工艺用于150t活塞力以下压缩机的设计制造.生产实践证明,工艺不仅使传统的活塞杆加工制造工序得到大幅度简化,缩短了生产周期,同时避免了高频淬火工艺造成活塞杆产生较大的弯曲变形、脆性裂纹、放电熔化等致使活塞杆报废的情况.使活塞杆发挥更好的综合性能,有效延长了活塞杆的使用寿命.
