航空结构件热处理工艺资源库的规划与应用

摘要

基于Browser/Serve三层浏览器/服务器的网络数据库模式,规划和设计了面向航空结构件的热处理工艺资源库,包括热处理工艺规则资源库、热处理工艺决策资源库、热处理工艺参数数据库和热处理工艺装备图片库等.对航空结构件热处理生产过程中的质量检验与控制、工艺参数的制定以及工艺装备的选择等项目进行了信息化管理,不仅能缩短生产周期,还为热处理CAPP系统的开发和应用提供基础,对改善企业技术与管理水平、提高市场竞争力起十分重要的作用.%Based on the Browser/Server network database model,α heat treatment process resource library for aircraft structures was designed,including the resource library of process rules and the selections of heat treatment process ,the database of heat treatment process and the pictures of heat treatment process equipment.The resource library provides information management for quality test and control,technical parameters formulating as well as process equipment selecting in aerial heat treatment process ,which not only shorten the productive cycle,but also provide the basis for the development and application of heat treatment CAPP system,which plays an important role in improving enterprise technology and management level and enhancing enterprise ability of market competition.
