数控设备的开放式远程监控系统研究

摘要

设计了一种基于Web技术的开放式数控设备远程监控系统,介绍了远程监控系统的总体框架和工作原理,并分析了监控系统实现的关键技术,实现了各种异构数控设备开放式的远程监控,改善了传统的监控方式.用户可以通过Web浏览器不仅可以对分布于各地的数控设备等实时监视和控制来自设备数控系统的各种信息,还可以对设备进行远程管理和远程故障诊断,大大提高了生产率和自动化程度.系统具有数据传输可靠、集成度高、应用范围广等特点.%It designed a remote monitoring system of CNC equipments based on Web,introduced the framework and working principle of the remote monitoring system and analyzed the key techniques for realizing monitoring system so that a variety of heterogeneous CNC equipments of open type with remote control was realized,and the traditional monitoring methods were improved-Users can not only monitor and control the CNC equipments in real time through a Web browser,but also can manage and diagnose devices remotely,which greatly improve the productivity and automation.The system has characteristics such as reliable data transmission,high integration,wide application and etc.
