车磨复合加工机床结构设计

     

摘要

在现有数控车床的基础上重新设计一种简单经济适用的车磨复合加工机床,该车磨复合加工机主要用于加工对筒类、齿轮类、短轴类等零件,该机床车刀架和磨刀架安装于中拖板两端,中拖板与大拖板通过滚珠直线导轨副连接,很大程度上减小的启动扭矩和摩擦力.由伺服电机驱动中拖板做横向直线运动,同时床身上设有相对床身能实现纵向运动的大拖板及纵向滚珠丝杆,纵向滚珠丝杆一端通过纵向弹性联轴器与纵向伺服电机连接.能够一次装夹完成车削和磨削加工,具有提高加工精度、提高生产率、节省地面、降低成本的效果.%On the basis of existing CNC lathe combining NC turning and grinding is redesigned, which is mainly used for complex machining the tube type ,gear type ,class and other parts of the short axis with turning and grinding rack being mounted at both ends of the middle carriage,the middle carriage and the large carriage being connected through the straight-line rolling guide setThus the starting torque and friction is largely reducedA servo motor carriage may drive the middle carriage to move in horizontal straight line ,while the body is equipped with vertical extension units and the vertical movement ball screw corresponding to bed with one end of the ball screw being connected with the vertical servo motor through the vertical longitudinal elastic couplingTherefore,turning and grinding machining can be completed through one clamping, which improve the machining accuracy, increase productivity as well as save the ground and reduce the cost
