基于LabVIEW的数字式层流流量计开发研究

         

摘要

The technology of measurement for the flow rate of the gas,especially pulsation and micro-flow rate,perplexes many industries.A sort of portable intellectualized laminar flowmeter system is developed, which bases on the Lab VIEW program, real-timely disposes the measurement system signals, realizes visual interface, and finds the value of flow rate.The system is convenience, real-time,compact,accuracy and reliable, and is suitable for measurement of the internal combustion engine intake air flow and micro-flow rate of the hospitals.On the 375AY diesel engine, tests were finished, the results show that the relative error is less than 1%.%脉动气体、微小流量气体的精确测量一直是困扰着诸多行业,为此,将先进的自动化测试技术与层流流量计相结合,设计了数字式层流流量计测量系统.该系统基于LabVIEW开发程序进行实时的测量信号处理,并实现人机交互的可视化界面;解决了一次仪表的使用不便、实时性不高、测量系统复杂等问题;此数字式层流流量计具有结构紧凑、使用方便、精度可靠等特点,适用于内燃机进气流量以及医院等科研机构对微小气体流量的测量.在375AY柴油机台架上进行了实测,与一次仪表相比误差一般小于1%.
