谐波减速器柔轮的动态特性研究

摘要

The transmission mechanism of harmonic reducer based on the theory of elastic deforma- tion,may cause the key component-flexspline to produce fatigue damage easily.In order to overcome this problem, the dynamic characteristic of the flexspline as a key part of the harmonic reducer is studied,based on the XB1-50-80 type harmonic reducer.The results show that no resonance may occur on the flexspline within working frequency And the major mode of vibrations of the flexspline are shown as radial stretching of the cup-rim, axial stretching and bending of the cup-bottom.The investigation results may aid the flexspline to optimize the design of the flexspline,reduce the stress and improve the lifespan of the flexspline in operation.%谐波减速器的传动机理是建立在弹性变形协调理论基础上的,易导致谐波减速器的关键部件-柔轮产生疲劳破坏.为解决这一难题,以XB1-50-80型谐波减速器为研究对象,对其进行了动态特性研究,分析结果表明,在工作频率内,不会引起柔轮的共振.得到了柔轮的振型主要表现为:柔轮杯口的径向拉伸,杯底的轴向拉伸和弯曲.研究结果有助于进行柔轮的优化设计,减小运行工况下柔轮的应力,提高使用寿命.
